Information for Family Practice Residents

The limited In-Person and virtual spots for Family Practice Residents are available on a first come, first served basis.

A letter from your Program Director confirming your resident status in good standing must be uploaded when you register. Uploaded letters must be dated from 2025 and will be reviewed, and if necessary, followed up on, to ensure it meets the criteria established by the SPH CME CONFERENCE Organizing Committee.
