Note: Pre-registration is required for all MLS & OLS. No registration will be available on-site.

  • Your registration must be entirely In-Person or Virtual. It cannot be a combination of both

  • Please note: Virtual participation is not an asynchronous activity.

Information for Family Practice Residents

  • The limited In-Person and virtual spots for Family Practice Residents are available on a first come, first served basis.

  • A letter from your Program Director confirming your resident status in good standing must be uploaded when you register. Uploaded letters must be dated from 2025 and will be reviewed, and if necessary, followed up on, to ensure it meets the criteria established by the SPH CME CONFERENCE Organizing Committee.

Registration Information

Confirmation of Registration

Confirmation of registration will be provided electronically. We recommend printing or saving the document as soon as you receive it. If you have not received a confirmation of registration prior to the conference, please contact the SPH CME CONFERENCE office at registration@stpaulscme.org.

Conference Access: In-Person participants

Upon your arrival at the Vancouver Convention Centre, you must check in at the Conference Registration Desk to pick up your conference materials. Your name badge will allow you access to the Lecture Hall and Nutrition Breaks/Exhibit Hall. If you do not check in, you will be recorded as a non-participant and a Certificate of Attendance will not be issued.

Conference Access: Virtual participants

The Conference program will be livestreamed via the 2025 SPH CME CONFERENCE app. A week prior to the Conference, you will receive an email App invitation with an individualized login. If you do not receive this email invitation, please contact the SPH CME CONFERENCE office at registration@stpaulscme.org.
