Small Group Sessions
Additional fees and pre-conference registration are required. Please see Small Group Sessions for session details. Space is limited and assigned on a priority basis by receipt with payment - including mailed and faxed registrations received on the same day. Physicians who register for the Conference and Small Group Sessions will have priority over those who register for a Small Group Session ONLY. Attendees of Small Group Sessions ONLY will be notified prior to the Conference if space is available - an additional administrative fee of $75 ($74 US) will be charged in addition to the Small Group fee. Please refer to page two of the Registration Form (PDF) for further details.

Note Early registration is advised as some sessions will fill up quickly. Please refer to the Small Group Sessions page for sessions that are full.

Spouse/Partner Registration
All meals and nutrition breaks are limited to conference registrants only. Spouses/Partners are welcome to attend the complimentary Fitness Classes and Morning Jogs listed in the brochure. Please register for name tags which will be required for admittance. Spouses/partners may also purchase Thursday lunch tickets.

Cancellation Policy
A refund will be made, less a $150 (Cdn) processing fee, if cancellation is received in writing no later than Oct. 10/08.
No refunds will be given after Oct. 10/08. The Planning Committee reserves the right to cancel or move the conference should it become necessary. In this case, each registrant will be notified by telephone followed by written notification and a full refund. St. Paul’s Hospital CME is not responsible for any other costs incurred such as airline or hotel penalties.

How to Register
Remote registration is no longer available. All registrations must now be made on site at the conference.

Confirmation of Registration
When your registration is received you will be automatically registered for the Main Lecture Series for the days you have selected. SMALL GROUP REGISTRATION is not automatic. You will be notified by mail with your payment receipt if you have been registered in the Small Group options you have selected. If the Small Group choice was full at the time of registering you will be placed on a waitlist and notified prior to the Conference if a space is available.
